These terms cover lostmountainbassmasters.com, the website of Lost Mountain Bassmasters, a BASS Nation fishing club. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Results and standings

Tournament results are entered by the club's tournament director, and the standings, records and points on this site are worked out from them. The club's rules and the tournament director's decisions govern every tournament, not the website. If a result on the site is wrong, tell the club and it will be corrected.

Member accounts

• Accounts are for club members. Keep your sign-in link and password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell the club.
• The club can change or remove anyone's access, for example when a member leaves.

The club directory

Members' phone numbers and email addresses are shared so members can reach each other about club business: pairings, rides, tournament day. Do not use them for anything else, and do not copy them, sell them or share them outside the club.

What you add

• You keep the rights to the photos and words you add. By adding them you let the club show them on this site.
• Only add photos you took or have permission to use, and nothing offensive, unlawful or private about someone else.
• The club can remove anything that does not fit these terms.

The club's content

The club's name, logo, results and pages belong to Lost Mountain Bassmasters. BASS Nation and B.A.S.S. names and logos belong to their owners and are shown because the club is a BASS Nation club. Please ask before reusing the club's content somewhere else.

Weather and water

Weather, water temperature, dam and river readings come from public sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. They are for interest and planning only. Always check official forecasts and use your own judgement on the water.

No guarantees

The site is run by club volunteers and is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, the club and the people who run the site are not liable for any loss that comes from using it or from relying on anything on it.

Other sites

Links to other sites, like Facebook, are there for convenience. The club is not responsible for what those sites contain or do.

Privacy

How the site handles members' and visitors' information is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

The club may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
