Giving back
Tournament fishing is most of what the club does. It is not all of it.
Members help at BASS Nation youth tournament events, running boats and working the ramp so kids get a day on the water, and the club does ramp cleanups from time to time. Anyone who helps at the youth event earns season points for it, so nobody has to choose between helping out and their place in the standings.
Running boats for the kids
Members give up a fishing day to help at BASS Nation youth tournament events. The club counts it like a tournament: anyone who shows up to help earns season points, so helping costs nobody a place in the standings.
25.00 season points for helping
Cleaning up behind everybody
The club does ramp cleanups from time to time. Line, cans and whatever else gets left at the water by people who do not fish it.
